UNMARRIED, BEING
People who are unmarried have worse diets, more mental problems, lower incomes, and a tendency to die earlier (no wonder they're not married). If you're unmarried, you're more likely to be late in seeking treatment for melanomas and cervical cancer, making your prospects for successful treatment less likely. Widowed and divorced men have high rates of suicide. Unmarried men have higher levels of heart disease than married men. If you have a good accountant, you can probably claim your wedding costs as tax-deductible health expenses. |
