Have you read a LOT of those things that are bad for you? Do you ever remember that doing something in one place is bad for you, and then later not doing something is equally bad news?

It does seem that almost any activity is bad for you! So what we've done is compile a list of all of these activities in to a complete Cynical Activities A-Z and you'll be horrified at basically what is bad for you.
